The new book "Programming of Life Prerequisites -- Physical Constants and Properties Requirements" is now available.to purchase

The original "Programming of Life" book highlighted the informational aspects of life that are usually overlooked or ignored in chemical and biological evolutionary scenarios. Each cell of an organism has thousands (or millions) of interacting computers reading and processing digital information using algorithmic digital programs and digital codes to communicate information. Life is an intersection of physical science and information science, and the reality of real computer hardware and software in life was clearly demonstrated. This "Prerequisites" book considers the properties of nature’s constants and natural laws that are required for such informational structures to be incorporated in even the simplest life. Analysis of the probabilities of life’s required component’s properties occurring anywhere in the Universe shows infeasibility by "natural processes." Science is in need of answers, not unsubstantiated speculations.

From reviewers

After examining the intricacy of life in Programming of Life, it seems appropriate to examine the physical fine-tuning of the universe that makes it possible.  In order for the extraordinary information and codes in life’s systems to exist, the universe itself had to be “just right” – Johnson examines this fine-tuning in this sequel to “Programming of Life”.

A strong, compelling argument for a re-evaluation of the evolutionary paradigm. If the evidence leads elsewhere, why aren't we pursuing other scientific models other than a naturalistic explanation? This book is a must read for any scientist or teacher who deals with origins. Dr. Johnson does an outstanding, thorough, job in presenting the evidence in a non-biased, non-belief-driven way. As stated by Johnson, "This book is about science, and it is hoped that it will be evaluated based on science, and not philosophical beliefs...beliefs that prevent many scientists from engaging in an honest evaluation of the scientific content". Johnson's book will rock your world-view as it forces you to be a critical thinking scientist.
